The hat I bought filed a long-held wish … The hat I bought filed a long-held wish to have such a hat. Ordering from and dealing with Panama Hats was a more than pleasant experience. They provided a way of getting my size right, the website has excellent images of designs and gives good descriptions. Following my order, they sent emails to let me know where they are up to in the making. After receiving the hat (in good condition) I had follow up questions which were dealt with personally, very promptly, and politely. If there were six stars, I'd give them.

I own over thirty hats and will not deal with any other company or person for my panama's. A word of caution, there are others trying to make you believe they are the "Panama Hat Direct Co." by misspelling the name and using it as theirs or by using the words in front of their Mall Company. DON'T BE FOOLED. Casey is a honorable man, his prices are very fair and he treats the artisans and customers honestly. Truly none better.

These are fabulous hats These are fabulous hats, you want one! They kept me updated through the whole process(with pictures of my actual hat) it was gratifying to see the pride and attention to detail throughout! Sizing was a snap as they provide you with a printable measuring tape to get it perfect. My hat feels like it was made for me because essentially it was!

Great hats Great hats; I've now had three with one lost and one worn out (which was a cheaper version). Now enjoying a Fedora fine weave with extra brim; looks cool with excellent sun protection. One order was slow to ship but response to my query was good. All delivered in useful packaging which owner should keep for travelling if not wearing. Enjoy.
