Exceptional service, 100% recommend Zeko was extremely patient with me in my authentication process. My process took about a month to complete (due to delays on my end). I initially wanted my bag to be inspected by sending pictures, however since I had a microchip, I was not able to get clear photos even with a lens. I was very hesitant about sending my bag in as I was nervous about my item getting lost and I was in the midst of moving. But did on a whim with her reassurance and glad I did.
