DKWorst experience ever They said my bag was shipped, and then 16 days later they said it was a pre-order. Then when I asked where the bag was, they suddenly said it was unavailable. I have not received my money back and have not received the bag. Extremely unsatisfied. Edit: Now 14 days later again, they refuse to give me my money back. The bag is not shipped, and will not be shipped, and I have not received my money.

NLThe order came a month later after writing multiple emails The order came a month later. After 15 days, since placing the order, I informed customer service that there was no update on the order. They reassured me to wait a bit and so I waited. After about a month I saw that there were still no updates, I informed customer service, thats when the order got shipped to destination country. Then a week later, I got irritated writing my third email asking for refund and thats when it was delivered 3 days later. The product itself isnt of great quality. It was definitely a poor experience purchasing this bag from classique carriers. I will not be purchasing from here in the future. I do hope that they take this review as constructive as improve their services.

CLGood experience 🥰 I don’t understand the bad reviews? I literally had the best customer service experience buying from them! Yes it took a little time to arrive but it is mentioned in the website when you buy the item. So it’s wierd people write bad stuff about delivery when it is literally mentioned on the website?! Also the two bags i bought is fricking gorgeous and I got a discount. I def recommend 😌
