Delayed and overpriced Bag delivery to EU/DE was delayed with additional customs charges from fedex, personal information like tax number was requested more than one time, additionally there was a small bag made of beef leather included that I have not purchased, it seems to be included in tax charges as well. So the costs including the taxes made the product totally overpriced

Won't Let Me Make a Return I reached out to Woosir before making a purchase to verify the return policy. After receiving a response saying I would receive a full refund if the product was too small, I bought a laptop bag. Turned out the bag was too small. I requested to make a return, as stated in the policy, and was asked if I wanted to receive a tote bag instead of making a return. I responded no and haven't received any correspondence since regarding the return.
