After I waited for about 7 months (and no update from the seller whatsoever) I contacted them and asked what happened - the reply was rather matter of fact that this will take its time. Fair enough - so I waited another few months and still - nothing - so I cancelled the order. I totally get that pre-order takes a while but the seller didn't bother to inform the customer about the process or else and I got the feeling they didn't really care either. (But of course took the whole amount up front). I am really not impressed - shame as they seem to have a few unusual items.

Great purchase. This is a beautiful headpiece that I plan to wear this holiday season. Looks better in person than the pics. Good customer service. Shipping arrived on time and intact.
