To be honest To be honest, I didn't have high expectations for this hat before it arrived because it was cheaper compared to the ones I've bought from elsewhere. But when I unwrapped the package, this hat completely blew me away. I can tell that it's made with high-quality materials, and there's not a single flaw in the entire hat. Following keyone's size guide, I opted for a medium size, and it fits just right. It perfectly hugs my head without feeling tight or uncomfortable. Thank u, keyone❤❤❤

A Happy Ending But Took Some Effort Found this company online and ordered the Frederick flat hat. About 3 weeks later the hat arrived in a non descript box that had sustained damage in transit. Upon opening the hat was unsecured and the brim was bent 90-degrees....looked like I'd walked into a door while wearing. Immediately contacted the company who were good about fixing the problem. About 3 weeks later another hat arrived, this time in a labeled, logo'd box and securely packed, like we all hope for when ordering online. A happy ending but questionable quality control. Got what i wanted in the end but still scratching my head how that first hat ever left their shop in that state. No, I wouldn't order from these guys again.
