GBOne of Chicago’s most respectable fashion stores Shehzad had great customer service and was very helpful in assisting me with my purchases. Tops&Bottoms is one of the last retailer stores that cares about getting quality goods to their customers. Raffles are done the right way, and I’ve never seen a store call customers every now and then to check in and see if they need anything. Will continue to support and I’m all the way in Cali. GBWilliam S is the BEST!! William S should be the employee of the month!! I placed an order with incorrect shipping information. I then emailed from an alternate email address but William was able to find my order and update my info in less than 2 minutes!! That’s rockstar service and I’m thoroughly impressed!

GBJordan 4 raffle win I entered the raffle for the Jordan 4s in which I received a text message saying that I have won. They set everything up and sent an invoice were I just had to complete my purchase!! This is the coolest way I have ever seen this done.thanks so much topsandbottoms
