Why Hippie Runner lost my business I used to purchase from HR regularly, like I own over a dozen shirts. I haven't placed another order in almost a year because the quality/brand of the unisex tees changed. They used to be these super soft cotton tees that held up after multiple washes & wears. My last order I received shirts rougher than anything I've ever felt before from any brand. They felt like the kind of shirts you can buy for like 100 for $5 from AliExpress. I emailed in my concerns and displeasure for the new quality of shirts and after some back and forth with a customer service rep, I decided to stop spending my money with this brand. I believe I left a Google review and filed a complaint with the BBB since I would have been charged to return the shirts plus a restocking fee which I think is absolute bonkers. But now since I have a TP account, I wanted to leave feedback here as well. TBH most of the shirts they sell you can find on Amazon or other sites for cheaper, so they're not very original. I'm a big supporter of small businesses, especially women-owned ones, but save yourself the hassle and just shop the styles you like at other vendors. You'll get better quality, faster shipping, and softer shirts elsewhere. Hopefully HR takes all of our feedback to heart and go back to selling the higher quality shirts many of their customers have grown to love.

I loveee this shirt! I ordered a oversized tee and I absolutely LOVE it! It looks exactly like it did in the picture and the material is super comfortable. It even arrived a couple days early. I'll definitely be ordering more from them!

One word: Amazing. I thought I f**ked up when I made my order through a guest account and quickly emailed, to my surprise I received a timely response and it was perfect. My two sweatshirts I ordered are so soft and comfortable and absolutely perfect!! I can’t wait to order more in the future and I love the quick and wonderful customer service!! Thank you again so much I’ve never seen sweatshirts as funny as these and everyone that has seen me wear mine loves them!!
