Nice products and great customer service. I had ordered a couple of items before Christmas. However, they were unable to deliver them in time to give them as gifts. I still give this company 5 stars as their Customer Service Rep, Jessica, continued to track my order and give me updates. She went above and beyond to provide satisfaction. I will still consider buying from Himoda as the products are very nice and they are inexpensive. I recommend Himoda.

Makeup bags I never got updates as to when my products were shipping or when I could expect to get them. I did finally get them and am more than happy with the quality. I ordered two makeup bags for my granddaughters. They are a velvety material and very soft and quite nice.

3 zipper sectioned leather wallet I bought 2 leather wallets with three zipper sections, Very nice quality, and they were definitely new, and wrapped nicely. But they had an odd smelly odor, as did the pouch they came it. I’m still waiting for them to air out and the smell to go away.

Took too long to arrive Took too long to arrive! For the price it was cheap looking, was disappointed with the with clear plastic window for ability to text without taking phone out, Some of plastic would stick to parts of key pad, maybe it was too big for my phone ( Galaxy S23 Ultra).
