This ended in the staff telling me NO and to just return the chain when I received it. I order the chain not even 4 hours ago, how simple is a change or color for the same chain.

After I placed and paid for the item, I received a message that I can get a free chain with my order. The picture showed the same necklace I ordered??? If I'm suppose to qualify for another one please send me a different one. He doesn't need two of the same kind. I'm old and should had asked him to come over and do this ordering for me.
