GBLens Coatings are considered Prescription Website states that prescription glasses must be canceled within 3 hours of purchase. There is no policy stated for non-prescription cancellations; however, the customer service rep, who loudly talked over me, stated that it is clearly stated on the website that applying coating to lens is the equivalent of a rx order and cannot be canceled. So, unless you buy frames with clear plastic lenses with no rx and no coating (which have no purpose), in truth, NONE of the glasses can be canceled after 3 hours.

GBSince this was the first time that I… Since this was the first time that I ordered glasses online I wanted to make sure that it was all right with my prescription and fit into the glass frame that I chose. I called them and they were so very helpful and I feel confident that I ordered the right frame and the right lenses, at this point I would recommend them.

GBEasy to filter through their website Easy to filter through their website. Phenomenal selections, we'll see about the rest when I receive the glasses ordered. But without using insurance, I paid less than the same pair of glasses that I love, style etc same than at my eye doctor 2years who work insurance.
