I ordered the wrong size for a jacket I ordered the wrong size for a jacket. I had to wait over the weekend to call for an exchange. The person to whom I spoke wasn’t very friendly or helpful. I asked what was the best way to return the item and he responded that it was up to me. I was going to order several things for an upcoming safari, but I think I’ll look elsewhere now. We bought several hundred dollars of items at a DSC convention this winter.
