GBAnimal hairs on workers fleece!! Animal hairs on workers fleece!! Dundonald: Just been through the drive through and collected my food from a worker wearing a fleece that was covered in animal hair! I nearly boked on the spot! What’s the point in making workers wear hair nets to keep the hairs from falling into food when their uniform, in my opinion was totally unfit to wear when handling food. Plus the plain double cheese burger we asked for came with salad! I did try to ring to address these issues but the phone just rang out twice. This outlet needs to sort out the entrance and exit strategy for cars also. The way it is at the minute is an accident waiting to happen. Not a happy customer tonight.

GBIt’s ok!! It’s ok!!! Well it’s ok if your ordering at your home. If your at the restaurant it’s some issues…we’ll first off: the wait. Well the wait is an issue because once I went with my dad, sister, brother and it took quite a long time and when it came the my sisters order was wrong so dad went to change and the queue was so long… then I needed to tell dad my order was wrong so my sister came to tell dad. But my brothers was the only one who’s was right.

GBMacdonald’s are absolutely useless at… Macdonald’s are absolutely useless at getting orders correct. Food most of the time lukewarm or cold. They never ever say sorry for wasting your time. The say “no worries” instead. I’m certain that they are trained to say this because they all do it. It isnt no worries” at all. If I’m held up for work while you correct My order or like today, get home and have to ring up because My order isn’t right, then hearing “no worries” is an insult. How about “sorry” it isn’t difficult to say! I wouldn’t recommend, the incompetence of the staff on a whole is unbelievable. I’m sure there will leave a Lovely patronising reply to look like they care, they don’t. I’ve had to make complaints before they sarcastic and Unhelpful.
