GBNot a great experience Not a great experience. I took a picture of the bball goal, explained it was heavy and bolted down. The loader did not bring the right tools or enough help. Left twice the first scheduled day and came back after rescheduling and then left again. I ended up having to take down the goal myself with a helper with just a little effort. He sent two other guys and didn’t come back, I ended up having to help them load it, after I paid for the basketball goal to get loaded away. Wouldn’t use this company again. The customer service was great (only reason I’m giving two stars) though and sent me a refund for taking down the goal myself.

GBJose arrived on time and got the job done promptly Jose arrived on time and appropriately dressed. He found my place without me needing to talk him in. He carefully removed the mattress from my bedroom and out of the apartment with no damage to anything. I would highly recommend him for your moving needs.

GBPrompt, expeditious and courteous Joarcy and his partner arrived a little early, which was great, carried off all of my bulky furniture and somehow packed it into a small van. All in less than 30 minutes. Thanks to them I can move myself into a much smaller apartment in a much bigger city on the other side of the country.

GBFirst time using them First time using them, liked that I could prepay online and got texts the day of service letting me know to expect contact from an assigned worker. They responded within the time window and arrived ahead of schedule and were in and out in about a minute. Very convenient and will use again if needed.

GBDon't waste your time. Today I had the distinct pleasure of working with LoadUp today for a simple couch removal. I was assigned a worker for my removal at 8:10 Am. 7.5 hours later I noticed that the tracker is not working. I reached out to customer service only to be informed by Max & Aaron that whomever was supposed to complete my service is out sick and that there isn't anyone in my area to do this service. I begrudgingly completed the service myself and since their service was no longer required due to their lack of availability, I asked for a refund. I was informed by Max that I would only receive half of total funds rendered for the service due to them cancelling the reservation since they were no longer required. $80 was paid for a service that wasn't even assigned or completed. Please look elsewhere for any of your item removal needs. This was a complete waste of time and money. Customer Service is also a text only service & did respond to my inquiries very quickly until I asked about a refund.
