GBRare bad experience. I ordered a rear axle on line from them. Never got it. I called several times with no reply. Adam from Besslers reached out me to explain the unfortunate series of events that created this mess and did his best to make it right. I use Besslers in Hebron a lot and never had an issue so I will consider this an anomaly.

GBI was overcharged in shipping …. I was overcharged in shipping ….. A Bessler staff member called me and explained I was overcharged and they would reimburse me …… in my opinion this is over and beyond taking care of their customers….. Thank you !! Will definitely use them in the future!!
