GBPLEASE READ before picking a company PLEASE READ before picking a company. Same thing happen to me Damir and the overage they claimed was ALSO 1.3 tons over, which is impossible unless they are including the weight of the $@$& dumpster. I’ve never had this issue before with other companies. Mine was picked up on 7/1 not 6/30, which could be part of the error. When I disputed it they sent paperwork to my cc that did not match. Now I know why they required cc and not cash. Terrible way to do business. I’m disputing again and if the extra 179.55 is not returned I’m filing with better business bureau with pictures of the wood in the dumpster. That could not have extended 2.5 tons or 5500 pounds. Customers beware!!!!!

GBI started an online request I started an online request, after hours, a representative replied early the next day. She, sorry I do not remember her name, gave me options of the sizes and prices for each. I was able to pick from the option and get a date of delivery. The container was there as stated and picked up in a timely manner. I would use again and recommend this service.
