GBEmergency Auto Retrieval We wish to commend Cruise Ship Rightway Parking Staff Nixon & Eric at 858 Channside Drive, Tampa, Florida. These two staff members went above & beyond their duties under very trying circumstances to assist us. The Rightway Cruise Parking Lot was scheduled to close at 3:00 PM. Approx. 2 miles away onboard the ship at 2:00 PM a member of our party experienced a precautionary cruise cancelling event. This matter necessitated the retrieval of one (possibly 2) cars. Additionally, coordination between the Ships Medical Staff & Ships Cabin Staff (Baggage) retrieval) via cell phone was incredibly accomplished especially with the help of Eric & Nixon in time! GBUnreliable return shuttle, rude driver Love using rightway parking for all our airport parking needs, they are affordable and convenient! However, I do not recommend parking at Comfort Inn MSP, they have long wait times between shuttles and the return shuttle service is unreliable. The return shuttle drove away right in front of me even tho I had called 1 minute prior and said I was just coming up the escalator and would be right out.. I called twice but my call was ignored and when I talked to him on the third call, I was told he would be right back and I proceeded to have to wait for 30 minutes before he came back. Frustrating when you are alone at 10pm at night.

GBGreat Parking experience I have used Rightway Parking for my cruise vacation out of Tampa a few times and the service is always so efficient. The drivers are always waiting went I reach the parking lot or port and they don’t wait around for the vehicle to be full. They are friendly, professional and offer great service and the price was very affordable .
