GBCancel Timeshare is the real deal and… Cancel Timeshare is the real deal and truly was a Godsend. I was so nervous after making a rush decision to buy into a "vacation club" in Mexico. I literally only had 5 days to cancel and the stipulations to cancel was almost impossible to get out of. Charles listened and immediately took initiative to get us out of the vacation club, they resolved my issue within 2 days!. I appreciate the care and concern. GBThe HVM Strategies (HVM-S) The HVM Strategies (HVM-S) team are LIFE SAVERS. We had a timeshare with Wyndham that put our family in such a terrible financial situation we honestly didn’t know what we were going to do, other than drown in Wyndham debt with a brand-new baby. In total, we were paying Wyndham over $1600 monthly. We had to attend multiple “Owner Updates Sessions - Non Sales” where we were told that we were going to go over updates to Wyndham Timeshares, but in true Wyndham fashion, we really were there to be upsold. We were told that with the new updates, we would have to pay more money out of pocket (on top of the $1600 monthly) to book reservations, have our rooms cleaned, make guest reservations, etc, and that it would be in our best interest to go ahead and add more points (pay more money) to cover these changes. In total, we had to upgrade our ownership twice due to changes that Wyndham made to their policies, without owner consent, that they knew would ensure more required upgrades, down payments and debt for owners and more money for their pockets. When you agree to become owners, everyone there is overjoyed, telling you that this is the best decision for you and your family and that they will always be available to you (total lie by the way) after showing you a inflated “breakdowns” of how much you would pay out of pocket without their timeshare over a ten year timeframe. NOT TRUE. After the high interest rates and maintenance fees and any other fees you would be made to pay, you’d be in debt so far out of control that it would equal to the amount of, or more in my case, than my mortgage. HVM-S is a very knowledgeable team that helps you understand everything, every step of the way. Any questions that I had, any time I didn’t understand, anytime I needed to vent and be advised of my next or best option, they were there. HVM-S helped me get out of so much debt, helped to keep a roof over my families head, food in our fridge, and able to enjoy being new parents without wondering what we would be forced to do without and for how long. There is literally nothing negative that I can say about this company and not enough good that I could ever say. It’s my hope that anyone in a similar situation reaches out to HVM-S, this team is here to help you to get your finances and life back in order. HVM-S is not a very big company, family owned and operated so they understand the devastating effects that these timeshare companies and their ploys on families, retirees, and the elderly in general. GBMy husband Stephen had a timeshare from… My husband Stephen had a timeshare from Massanutten from his previous marriage. We never used it and have since relocated too far away from the resort. We initially contacted Sell My Timeshare Now and paid WAY TOO MUCH MONEY to try and sell it (which of course does not work).
