GBI purchased a back up camera from my Rv… I purchased a back up camera from my Rv last year September 2022 and was so impressed I opted to purchase another one to use as a trail camera on the front of my jeep while offroading for this year while we are in Arizona, important to see what you are about to go over before you actually climb onto it. Also got one of their Pet/Child monitors. We use it to view the dogs in the back of the van which is normally dark because there are no windows in the doors or side panels so it makes it tough to look back and find them but with the camera, I can just glance at it and see them just fine. I had an issue with the solar panel on the RV camera and contacted them and they quickly within days had a new panel on my doorstep. That is the kind of customer service you want.

JPThe after service is great The after service is great. I bought the drive recorder X6B and the quality was good. When I installed it to my camper, I had some troubles but the customer service solved the problem right away.

JEBought this Auto Vox TW1 just over 1… Bought this Auto Vox TW1 just over 1 year ago and screen display packed ups few weeks ago now camera won’t charge bought a wireless charging unit and still Kaput in my opinion there rubbish £150 to last only 1 year not good

GBGreat Customer Service from a company which stands by it's product I purchased the TW1 wireless backup camera some time ago. After the install was completed the camera and corresponding monitor functioned flawlessly until recently. The camera is mounted on a pickup truck. My preference is to back into spaces versus pulling straight in, therefore I use the camera a lot. I also installed the accompanying solar panel which does a good job of keeping the unit charged. Unfortunately, the battery suddenly died and would no longer hold a charge. I contacted customer service explaining what happened. After confirming that my attempts to re-charge were valid Auto-Vox agreed to replace the camera free-of-charge. A couple of days later I had my new camera. I charged, installed and tested the new unit which works. I would recommend this product to a friend.
