In terms of this latest engagement, I think there was a bit of a challenge with the actual interview process - in particular the gentlemen named Liu. Rather than allow me to educate him based on my knowledge, he often wanted to steer me into agreeing with his understanding of the industry. While it wasn't bad, it did make things a bit interesting as it felt like validation was more desired than free answers.
