Great experience Joanne L. was the representative I spoke with. I originally called the company looking for a similar company to pay a bill. Joanne explained to me how her company could help fix my credit and hopefully in a short period of time. Great customer service.

Larry D is fantastic Larry D is fantastic. Our call started off kinda of shaky because I was embarrassed of my score/debt. He put me at ease and throughly walked me through my credit report. He offered helpful suggestions to increase my score and provided comforting feedback that his company could surely help! He explained payment and expectations clearly and concise. Thanks Larry!

5 Star service at Credit Wellness… It’s been quite the experience with Experian today after they wouldn’t help me dispute an inaccuracy on my report. Then after speaking with Deborah T at Credit Wellness & she got me on track with getting my credit report disputed correctly & on its way to being resolved. Deborah was more than helpful, she treated me like family, with a caring compassion & get it done attitude. I’ve truly had a wonderful experience on the phone talking with Deborah at Credit Wellness & wanted to give credit where credit is due. Thank you Deborah T for all your help with my credit report & I know with representatives such as yourself, everyone is in good hands. I highly recommend that if your needing credit help, that you give Credit Wellness a call & be on your way to a better future.

Not for me. On our initial call, everything went well and I was ready to move forward. However, I was charged 3x. I have been down this road before and I won't do it again. I needed to take care of some things today, and it wiped out my bank account and caused me great inconvenience! I immediately canceled.
