I was a little skeptical at first, and I did run into an issue with my report, but when I reached out to customer service they promptly resolved it. Honestly, I've never had customer service respond that quickly before. This is a legit company.

Buyer beware that in my experience upgrading to premium did not provide the info advertised. Also be aware that this is a recurring charge that requires cancelation.
