The designated shipping window passed without any updates, prompting me to seek clarification on the status of my order. Unfortunately, my attempts to reach out via various channels, including the customer service number, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and Reel), emails, and the shop app, proved unsuccessful. Regrettably, my partner and I encountered a considerable challenge in reaching your customer service team. Despite numerous attempts—nine for me and an additional five for my partner—there was no response. The frustration deepened as we received no acknowledgment or assistance, leaving us feeling neglected as customers. In a desperate attempt to resolve the situation, a stranger on WhatsApp, who claimed no affiliation with Athlecat but expressed having some past connection to the web domain, intervened on our behalf. This individual managed to make contact with Athlecat and reported receiving a response. However, this unconventional and convoluted process left me questioning the legitimacy of the entire transaction, creating an unsettling experience. As a customer, I expected a more efficient and transparent communication process, especially when faced with delays and unanswered inquiries. The lack of responsiveness and the involvement of an external party further contributed to my dissatisfaction. Despite the quality of the product being satisfactory, the overall customer experience has left me disheartened. I sincerely hope that this feedback prompts a thorough review of your customer service procedures and communication channels to prevent such issues from recurring.
