Has anybody else been disappointed with PayPal? I always have thought highly of, and have always been a faithful and loyal customer of PayPal, but I have had nothing but bad service and poor support from them since late 2019 and the beginning of 2020!! And sadly, the latest claims I have required assistance with, were with two vendors from China that ripped me off, and no one would listen (via typed communication of course). Both of these vendors should be shutdown from selling through PayPal! But who am I, but just a faithful customer! I've heard Google Pay would be a better company to use. Spencer R. Lewis

PayPal took money from my linked bank… PayPal took money from my linked bank account, unauthorized. It supposedly went to an organization that I've donated to before, but they did not receive it. My bank refunded the money, and I unlinked my bank account. Now my PayPal account is restricted unless I send them personal documents--which I refuse to do. But they won't let me close my account--which I want to do-- and if anyone sends me money, I won't be able to access it. I spent 4 hours on the phone with PayPal before contacting my bank, and got nowhere. The most frustrating financial issue I've ever had. Is there some legal entity to file a complaint against PayPal?

I had ordered a Gas Griddle on the… I had ordered a Gas Griddle on the internet and it was paid through pay Pal. I never got the order,the merchant sent me a bogus tracking number it had no description of street address only Town and state. I thought some smelled like poop po... I called Pay Pal and they put a Dispute claim and supposedly got in contact with Merchant saying it was delivered.. Closed my claim. I'm out 79.99.. next steep Credit card dispute...a lot of SCAMMERS out there Be careful, I learned my lesson..

Had a seller cancel shipment of item on… Had a seller cancel shipment of item on ebay and was told the refund was being sent, well it never was sent. After going through a deep maze of "chat" windows and hidden phone numbers I was basically told to take up my issue with my bank as its not their problem. There is NO reason to use them anymore, what added value do they give you?

I have had my deep grievance over how paypal had handled some of my affairs in past, but I am thankful to Paypal that I am using. When I am abroad, I go through hell each time I try to sign in to my account. I is tremendously unfortunate a financial portal that benefits on every move of client has such a broken and demoded sign in and verification system. Now it is digital age, and many accessible means of verification there are, you dont have to have also an active cellphone number [available in your database] to be let in. you are not as important as my banks, but I never ever have a woe signing in my banks online, not a second. You know why, they keep it simple and customer friendly. Only a sign in an a check in code to your email or given number whatever it is. Your damn website judges if it is mine, or in your data base or what... Please get damn you manager head together and renovate a more customer friendly process system.
