Buyer Beware ZML is a rip off, they are not upfront about costs, lots of the downloads are actually pirated straight out of movie theaters. All ways to contact them usually end in "error" They "membership" is charged out under a different name each month, so looking at bank receipts they all look different, and generally the charges differ also. I too signed up for what I thought was a one day trial, and then discovered two months later I was billed for a full "membership" each month even though I had been inactive since I discovered the first day what they offered. I tried to contact them, but to no avail. Buyer Beware

No problems so far Have used them for some time and despite concerns about legality and their origin, have had no problems whatsoever. In fact their support has been excellent with quick response. I too suspect there is another site trying to hijack this one... However, they have uploaded no new movies in over 2 weeks now, a bit odd. They responded to a query about this, saying there would be new movies soon and even asked if I had any preferences ! We'll see...

Great Quality & Decent Price I don't know why anyone complains about the price. Yes, the take the $50 up front and I didn't care for that myself. Those whining about this are just greedy and expect something for nothing. The movies I've downloaded and converted are excellent quality. I convert/combine them using a video editor and save them as MPEG which makes great DVD's One needs the proper software and hardware to take full advantage of this service.

illegal file site How can anyone expect to receive "service" when you are using an illegal file site, this is just like buying bootleg dvd's on the street, the guy selling them claims ignorance and the guy buying them claims the same, do you people think movies are made to be watched and distributed for free? if you work, would you do your work for free if someone asks for it? and give any tips you may get to a pimp? these illegal sites are just that, pimps who take someone elses product and pawn them off on the public, who largely expect they are entitled to free movies.

Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE I wanted to give a zero star rating but am not allowed!! Do not use this site, what a rip off. Not only did they lie about download charges, the movie download was unusable and to top it off, they`ve taken yet another unauthorised payment from my card and I`ve had to cancel it. I`ve now been given the joyous task of going through dispute with my bank. Please, I advise all to stay away, do not touch with a bargepole & whilst I`m at it, does anyone know how I can get my money back?
