Worst customer care Tech guys fine. Organisation is truly awful. Txts ignored. Water left dripping for 8 days. Customer care is the worst I have ever known.

Professional and responsive… I have really appreciated how proactive and upfront this company has been in dealing with an insurance claim. This is all the more appreciated given that all other parties involved from my insurance company to loss adjusters have been unresponsive and provided abysmal customer service. Customers services awful Customers services awful. Asked for quote was told would receive next couple days. A week later still nothing . When I phoned and queried no apology nothing. Will take my business elsewhere. I think they could really muck you around didn’t like their attitude.
