GBONE OF OUR PURCHASE ORDERS WAS SENT IN… ONE OF OUR PURCHASE ORDERS WAS SENT IN FOR PAYMENT AND DID NOT REFERENCE THE PURCHASE ORDER. THE INVOICES ALSO WAS NOT SENT TO THE CORRECT DEPARTMENT. CONSEQUENTLY CHEMPOINT PUT US ON CREDIT HOLD. WENH I CALLED TO FOLLOW UP ON PAST DUE ORDER THATS WHEN I FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. I THEN PAID WITH A CREDIT CARD TO CLEAR OUR OUTSTANDING BALANCE AND ASKED IF OUR ORDER COULD BE EXPEDITED, THEN WAS TOLD THJAT THE SALESREP FOR CHEMPOINT WOULD HAVE TO AUTHORIZE IT***WHAT**CONTACTED THE SALESREP AND ASKED HIM TO HELP US RELEASE THE ORDER, THEN CAME TO FIND OUT IT ALREADY SHIPPED. ALL THIS TIME OUR DEDICATED CUSTOMER WAS WITHOUT THE GREASE NEEDED. HE THEN CONTACTED ANOTHER CUSTOMER TO BORROW SOME TUBES OF GREASE TO GET OUR CUSTOMER GOING. THAT WAS A PLUS....

GBReview It is so hard to get anything done with your company. I have been requesting a sales person to call me for a sample. Has been 2 weeks. I finally found another vendor so I can get a sample. So you guys lost out on an order.

LTSlow response Wrote an inquiry on the plastic industry lubricants. Didn't got a response. A month passed afterwards, and here comes an email, that they will not be able to aupply. Already got a sample from other company, tested, purchased, procured, and used for a week. I suppose a bit slow with new customers.
