I was told PupSocks could not send a proof, but before the socks arrived, they sent a up-sell promo and my dogs chin was cut out and weird cheeks were created where my dog had none. He was unrecognizable. This image could have been sent as a proof. I get this message when trying to reach customer service. Couldn’t be happier! These socks are the best thing I have ever gifted to my fiancé! He’s gotten so many compliments from friends, strangers and family! They’re all requesting the website to purchase they’re own! It was also special to have them due to recently losing my grandmother who cherished my pup at the funeral cause my pup wasn’t allowed. I’m so happy and I might need a pair for myself now!

It's Nov 29 and they can't tell me when the order will be shipped due to "quality concerns." But I'm being bombarded with ads and emails now to order more. Customer service says they " want to be sure we make up for where we fell short of fulfilling your order in a timely manner." but don't actually offer me anything! Save yourself the hassle.

I bought these for my Fiance she… I bought these for my Fiance she absolutely loves them. Honestly I bought them just for the "cute" factor, but she swears they're actually really comfortable. Another aspect of these that impressed me was that the clarity of my dogs face is actually tailored into the design, they are most clear while being worn.
