I have needed help uploading bills through my Member portal, had a health scare and was comforted by compassion, support and prayers from Share's staff, and along with that scare, we incurred a $270,000+ expense that Share worked directly with the provider in obtaining a fair and reasonable price. Any questions or concerns - their Member service team is fantastic and so easy to work with. We are members of Share Health for life.

GBAfter being a member for almost three… After being a member for almost three years, I am convinced this is not a legitimate company. They paid out nothing on medical expenses during that time. I had claims in “In Review” status for over a year. I finally called to cancel my enrollment and was then told I would need to submit an email which I did promptly. I received a voicemail a few days later stating that they had “technical issues” and that was why my claims were in a pending status for so long. I had made multiple calls before cancelling without any resolution. I had to call my bank and put a stop payment on any attempt to withdrawal enrollment fees from them as I did not trust them to cancel my enrollment. They did attempt to withdrawal my monthly enrollment fees after I cancelled.

GBYou will be wasting your money You will be wasting your money. 💯 When I reach out to them the word frequently used is 'unfortunately'.... Difficult to reach them, they close exactly at 5. No weekends. The reception always says the server is down and can't help. Nothing was paid on my bills. They will 'pray' for you and you hope the prayer helps from anyone but Share!! I am trying to discontinue and even that is difficult!!
