GBI worked with Brad from Autopia I worked with Brad from Autopia. He found me a great deal on a Hyundai Santa Fe and the process was quick and easy. He was super responsive and answered all questions. The deal was $40 less than what my local dealer offered and managed to deliver the car to my door steps. This is my first online lease experience and would definitely recommend Autopia. Looking forward to doing business with you guys in the near future!

GBManagement of Autopia were not forthright and trustworthy. They manipulate people. I did not buy a car through Autopia. Autopia approached our not-for-profit association to promote their services to our membership. We dealt with the founders and senior management of Autopia. While the promises and activity were great for about one month, communication and sharing of info. ceased after that. We chased them for almost a year with no results. I cannot say anything good about this organization or the people who run it. They are just passing along information that you can find elsewhere (TrueCar, etc.). No need to use Autopia and fund the bankrolls of people who are not forthcoming.

GBSTAY AWAY FROM AUTOPIA Received an offer through Truecar.com for a car at Autopia. We made an appointment to see the car a day later. We drove over an hour to the "dealership." As we walked to the salesperson's desk, he asked about financing. I told him we had our own. He then gave me the "cash" price of the car, which was $4500 more. I controlled my laughter and said "no way!" That was strike one. He took us to the car to look at and to test drive. It was not ready. It was behind a few cars, filthy, and the interior smelled like it hadn't been opened in months. Strike two. Then he couldn't start the car. STRIKE THREE! We told him forget it and walked away. No attempt was made by anyone to ask us what was wrong or if there was anything they could do. We didn't even get a follow up call. STAY AWAY FROM HERE! Go to Project One Autos in Carlstadt, NJ. No pressure, no hidden fees and a great bunch of cars to chose from.

AUThe worst experience The worst experience! They take money out of your pay without asking first. Then when you reach out to organise a plan to increase mileage they don't action it!!! Edit - they wrote a comment saying they don't sell used cars? I'm not talking about used cars. I am talking about novated leasing which is what you do. If you could get someone to respond to the urgent phone call and email I sent after you took $3k from my pay unauthorised as fast as you responded to this, that would be great.

GBIf I could give this place ZERO STARS I… If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would... BEFORE I GO ANY FURTHER I JUST WANT TO SAY IF PUTTING SUGAR OVER $HIT WAS A BUSINESS IT WOULD BE AUTOPIA CARS. These men are professional smiling scammers. They made us feel so welcomed just to get so fu*ked over. My mom and I came from Philadelphia PA to Union New Jersey to purchase a 2018 Honda CRV. When we got there; we saw the car, they let us get in it and observe it. We were so excited!!! When it was time for the paperwork part with JERREY (how ever tf you spell it) THE CAR WAS MAGICALLY ALREADY SOLD... how fuc**ng ironic right.... So now not only are we not getting the car that we spoke over the phone about getting (MICKEY was the one we spoke to) we now are being bribed with other "options"... This is the good part... They managed to "find" a similar used car but didn't tell us the cars issues until all the paperwork and and contracts were signed. Side note any price you see being advertised, add $3,000 to it for "tax"... Before pulling off the lot, Emmanuel said and I quote "Nothing's wrong with the car it just needs a sensor, you cannot drive over 40 miles per hour. If the check engine light comes on pull over turn the car off and turn it back on." IT WAS AT THAT MOMENT I KNEW THESE MEN WERE PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS. We made it 30 minutes from the lot and the car broke down. The car started shaking and all the lights on the dashboard lit up like the 4th of July. The check engine light, the tire pressure sensor, the steering wheel sensor, EVERYTHING. My mom called them and her calls were being forwarded to voicemail. I called from my phone and expressed the car broke down and we were on the side of the highway. I was instructed to turn the car off open the doors shut them and start the car back up...nothing changed. They wanted to give us a lender car after just purchasing a car just to get home... We refused to take that car because who knows what the fu*k was wrong with it. Luckily a LYFT driver was in the area and drove us from Bridgewater New Jersey to Philadelphia Pennsylvania. This was an experience from hell. SO PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME, ENERGY, AND MONEY FROM THESE PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS. IF YOU NOTICE THEIR GOOGLE REVIEWS AND YELP REVIEWS LOOK COMPLETELY DIFFERENT... THAT'S BECAUSE THEY'RE GIVING CUSTOMERS GAS CARDS IF THEY LEAVE A POSITIVE REVIEW. THIS SO CALLED "BUSINESS" NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN
