GBThe bus had a weak battery which had to… The bus had a weak battery which had to be known before sending the bus to pick us up. There was smoke coming from the vents in between the windows. The bus driver was late picking us back up. There was a leak in the roof of the bus which caused water to seep into the cabin. The bus battery died while at a rest stop which caused us to be stuck there for 3-4 hours until the issue was resolved which in turn caused me to miss work. The overall experience was horrible. I would never book a charter with them ever again!!!

GB.St. Martin's Awesome Bus Driver. We all want her again. The bus driver made our trip awesome because she was thoughtful, helpful. very accommodating for the many elderly on the bus. This Bus driver(a lady) at times went over and beyond by allowing us to get something to eat after the show because individuals needed to eat for medical reasons. She helped us with one of the individuals that got sick. willing to take her to the emergency room, thank God all worked out. All the passengers want her again and showed their appreciation by giving generously toward the tip. Saundra P. Stephenson

GBChristmas NYC Trip- AWESOME! Christmas NYC Trip- AWESOME! Let's start with the bus driver, Jackie. Amazing individual. Very familiar with the location. Bus was comfortable, clean, and roomy. I will definitely contact Kelley Transit Company for my next trip. Nancy :)

GBOur bus and driver were great Our bus and driver were great! Our trip took us on some out of the way places and our driver handled it like a champ and I think he learned a bit as well. Thank you Northwest CT Draft Horse Association Inc.

GBOur bus broke down and we were stranded… Our bus broke down and we were stranded for 4 hours at a rest stop. The driver told us they were sending a mechanic and another us and that we would leave when the first one showed up. This was not the case. We had to wait well past the time the driver initially told us was the latest we would leave which caused significant problems for our group communicating with parents of our student passengers. Additionally, the DVD player wasn't working.
