I have the bank records to prove it. The company accepts biiling address outside USA, but cannot process them, neither by mastercard, neither paypal, although by email they offered my to pay this way, knowing they can't. I replied the person who asked me by email for another way of payment if I could use American Express, and didn't answer. I asked again in another email, and again I haven't get a response yet. The order is still open but I can't find a way with them to complete the transaction or close it or something, and they're not responding anymore.
