Quick, quality service. I called to get details for hosting a shredding event. My call to Shred Nations was about 2 minutes. The representative answered immediately and was quick, polite and professional. Before the call had ended, I had received a "thank you" email and an email with a list of shredding companies that I should expect to call me. It was near end of day when I called, but I received a call from one of the companies early the next day to discuss the details.

Excellent, clean, convenient service. I made the call yesterday afternoon for help shredding personal files...hoards of them. We are getting ready to move and I do not intend to drag this crud along, again. I got a callback almost immediately with a quote. This morning the Shred guy shows up at 8:30 as promised, relieves me of all my ugly paperwork, charges me the amount he quoted and he's gone, all within one hour's time. Service doesn't get any better than that folks! All with a smile and happy attitude too. I'm very pleased. Thank you!

Cleaning Fever: Shred me! The woman who answered the call at almost 6;15 pm was patient and thorough even though the office was closing at 6:30. She let me know that the person who schedules the truck would probably call in the morning. Additionally, she mentioned that the truck usually comes within 2 days of the request. The Shred Nations rep was informative and helpful. I think this review is premature, since I have not had the shredding service yet.

Shredding made easy They answered my call almost immediately, man arrived about 15 min. after he said he would be here. He called ahead of time to say he was running behind, and would be with us in 10 to 15 minutes. Exactly on time. Efficient, easy, responsible and much appreciated. Thank you.

Amazing Service!!!! I just found Shred Nations on the internet after many frustrating calls to other companies. I called this morning, had two quotes within an hour and all my boxes are already shredded at a fraction of other companies' quotes. My husband and I are so appreciative of the customer service of your staff, of the response of the people with whom you work, and with the courteous and helpful manner of the company who did the job!
