Service beyond expectation! I applied for a trademark, through the trademark411 web interface from the UK but there was a problem with the card payment for paying for the USPTO fees step. Nicholas at Trademarks411 paid anyway so there would be no problems for my application and I paid Trademarks411 afterwards.
