GBStill waiting on delivery that I paid for 3 day shipping on! I ordered a starter last Tuesday. Paid like $160 for 3 day rush delivery! It still hasn't gotten here 1 week later! I had my mechanic come up for the weekend to help me put it in. Fix a couple other things. Now I'm going to have to pay him again to come here. Not happy with service at all.

GBI had a problem with the starter and I… I had a problem with the starter and I broke off one of the Terminals. I emailed them and they contacted me right away and set me the part within a day I had it.

GBI got invoiced prior to shipping I got invoiced prior to shipping. I got an email saying it shipped, however it was next day when I called because the tracking number wouldn't work. The reason was it hadn't been picked up by ups.
