GBDropping the ball We paid RapidVisa for our K1 visa and AOS (Adjustment of Status). They only helped us with the initial process for K1, and we took care of everything after getting our NOA2. As for our AOS, we got an RFE (Request for Initial Evidence) letter, and we tried reaching out to RapidVisa for help as to what are the additional documents USCIS may need, and they just told us to read the RFE letter for the documents and that the RFE is not included with the AOS Package. Apart from paying them to send the documents for the AOS for us, we also paid them for a premium review for a thorough review of our documents. But now they dropped the ball on us. Choose to get an attorney instead. While you are still trying to sign up with them, they will give you their high-pitch sale marketing just to get you on the hook. They will even try to call you most of the times or follow-up if you still want their service. After you pay, it's hard to get ahold of them and the people that's reviewing your account. Never again. Don't trust this agency.
