I kept repeating the question. The person with a heavy accent would not say yes or no. I hung up and they kept calling back until I blocked their number.

Once I spoke to Alex about what we needed for our mother, she was informative and worked to help us get through the process. She checked in periodically as we navigated the tour and lease process. Our mother moved into her new apartment yesterday and I am not sure it would have been so seamless without Alex.

Great Service when searching for the right home I had Jamie from a Place for mom help me find a place for my dad when it was time for him to have full time care. She did such an amazing job finding everything he needed for his care and his list was quite long. My dad has a lot of medical needs including help with his insulin and she helped me find a place that could do that. I also didn't want to place my dad just anywhere and she helped me find a place that would still feel like home for him and where he would still be able to have his dog too. I was very happy with this experience and that she was able to do all the research and hard work for me and made it easier for me to find just the right place.
