They showed a very good price but!!!! They showed a very good price on a large bearing that I needed, several days after I ordered it, they called stating they could not get the brand I ordered, but would upgrade it, which was fine, but then a week later called to tell me that it wasn't available either!! Sounded almost too good to be true, and I guess it was, but it was what they advertised!!

Outstanding service saved the day, thousands of $ I was shopping for some seal that no one had in stock so I found them at 3BG Supply and placed the order. The next morning they sent me a note telling me we don't have those either and 180 day backlog on them but we have the same seal in another brand and would that be Okay? Heck yes it better than Okay! I got the parts shipped and on the way with something I couldn't find in five hours yesterday of shopping and calling! These people go above and beyond with "service" and you know what I mean, what service used to be!!!!! Got my problem solved by a company that cares, employees people that care and real SERVICE! Would definitely do business again with 3bg Supply Co. Customer service is awesome! Lowest price for the bearing I needed to change on my toyota. Had a mistake with my order and customer service responded right away to help me correct my mistake. Parts came on time and in excellent shape.
