I haven't even ordered the product yet and I am impressed! I certainly agree with what I have read so far about the customer service at Chroma-Key. Bruce was more that professional and exceptionally fast in his resoponse to my inquiries. I am STILL WAITING for a response from the other mentioned company! With just a six minute conversation Bruce has sold me on his company! Good Job Bruce!

Friendly and Informative Service and a Wonderful Product Not knowing much about green screens, all of my questions and queries where answered and I was directed to the product that would most suit the needs that I was describing. Bruce was very fast to respond and really provided a great service. I needed the product shipped internationally, and it arrived quickly and in excellent condition too after a long journey. I'm always cautious when buying products overseas because you can never be sure what you're getting, but the product was really exactly what I had hoped for and I would definitely purchase again for any future needs! Amazing foam green screen from Chroma Key.com We recently purchased a foam screen from Chroma Key.com and I'm a very happy customer. The quality is outstanding! It's so easy to remove the background in post - super fast and effortless. We've been making green screen videos with a plain fabric screen for 4 years, and the difference that the foam screen makes is remarkable - it's going to save us hours in post. It hangs beautifully (it's a little thicker and sturdier than a plain fabric screen), it never gets any creases (after the first steaming of it, we've haven't had to do any touch up ironing), it's easy to light (we use less lights than we did with a fabric screen) and it doesn't reflect back onto the subject. My only regret is not buying it sooner! The customer service I received from Bruce and the team at Chroma Key.com was outstanding; they answered all my questions promptly and clearly. Also, we're in Australia and they handled the international postage of a large item very smoothly. I can't recommend Chroma Key.com highly enough!
