Reliable, professional -- highly recommended This company was recommended to me by a long-time tour guide, and they lived up to my expectations in every way. I booked a 40-seat coach for a 2-two tour with many stops, often along some fairly difficult rural roads. The office staff was responsive, professional, and accommodating, and our driver was first-rate—friendly, helpful, and an expert behind the wheel.

This was our first use of Atlantic… This was our first use of Atlantic Coast Charters, the bus was exceptional with working wifi and electrical outlets. The bathroom was clean and did not have the musty bathroom odor often found in bus bathrooms. Our driver Kevin -- 5+ stars, very professional, helpful and fun personality (will definitely request him for future trips). He arrived early and picked us up on time for departure (and kept conversation going with our Pastor). Overall - from working with Melissa to secure the bus, to arrival of the bus and our driver Kevin - we had absolutely no issues - will definitely use again. Thank You!

There was timely communication when… There was timely communication when services were booked, the drivers arrived early on the day of the event, and they communicated everything clearly throughout our event. Excellent service and extremely professional. If other opportunities arise, we will definitely reach out to Atlantic Coast Charters again. Thank you for a wonderful field trip.

Ryan Burns did a great job Ryan Burns did a great job! At each stop,which there were many, he got the scooter out from under the bus for one of our handicapped participants. He navigated down a very narrow state forest road (one way) and was able to turn the bus around with very little room. the entire group requested to have him back as a bus driver on future seminars and we have never had a group request to keep the same bus driver in my 9 years as a program director!

Bus Crashed on Our Wedding Night DO NOT HIRE! Poor customer service from the start, then the bus crashed on our wedding night and our parents missed the last two hours of the reception dealing with it and driving guests home themselves. Management team on the emergency line hung up on us after the crash and never called back. I've reached out multiple times via phone and email and no one has returned our call or offered up any apology. I'm still devastated that our wedding night turned into such a fiasco because of the terrible service from this team. The drivers were lovely but management is just AWFUL.
