I wish I had done this sooner. I used Fresh Start to get a felony reduced/removed from my record. David was fairly prompt in answering my questions and helping me walk through the process. There was a bit more work on my end than I originally anticipated, but as I was putting together the things that were asked of me, it totally made sense.
