GBThey will not pay the shareable wellness visits they promise There is nothing Christian about this company. We chose them specifically because we were entitled to a shareable annual wellness visit. We were members in good standing for 6 months, including for 3 months after our pediatric appointments. Then my husband got a job with health insurance benefits so we gave them one month notice and left. They are refusing to pay for the wellness visits, claiming they're approved but current members get priority, which is indefinite. So our monthly share paid for other members' bills but we got nothing out of it. We essentially donated $3,000. And now our bills got sent to collections because it's been 11 months. They don't make good on their word and obviously they are not in good financial standing since they don't have the money to pay. Had a much better experience with Samaritan Ministries.

GBCINO (Catholic In Name Only) If I could give them 0 stars I would. Because of their neglect to pay medical bills in a timely manner, I have been sent to debt collections for the first time in my life. I spend hours on phone calls to keep them from getting sent to the next level. They claim to be Catholic but a “God bless” can only go so far when medical debt is mounting close to $100,000 with no timeline of when it will be paid.

GBWould never recommend… Would never recommend Solidarity....this healthshare borders on being a complete scam. Invoices from 16 months ago have still not be evaluated for sharing. Every time my husband and I call customer service, we are told a different story. We've been told every excuse from computer glitches to varying employees to delays from oversharing. Our rate was raised $249 in one year! Sadly, we've wasted so much money in hopes of "sharing" through Solidarity.

GBWe have been with Solidarity for 5… We have been with Solidarity for 5 years. It started out great. But for the last 3 years, the reimbursement and processing has slowed down considerably. I am not provided straight answers as it seems no one ever knows when items will be reimbursed once items are processed. The monthly charge is now way too much to deal with the admin issues. While they promote themselves as having providers that work with them and bill directly, I have yet to deal with a company that is willing to bill Solidarity directly.

GBUnpaid Bills Now Paid Had a nightmare situation with 2021 bills unpaid. In the last couple months, they’ve stepped up, contacted the hospitals, settled the bills. They have a team called Amps (not sure of spelling) who are rock stars. They negotiated everything away. I am praying for all here who are dealing with this. And I’m praying Solidarity continues to dig out of the hiccup they experienced coming out of COVID.
