Almost giving up on Monster. I barely get relevant positions actually near me. They are constantly the same positions over and over again. Several that I have actually wanted to apply to are either “no longer available” or you have to jump through 10 hoops just to apply 2 or 3 times on an external site. I have all but given up using Monster to even try and search.

Search function shows lots of noise The search function isn't as useful as it should be. For instance, I want it to show anything that matches the exact title, "Senior DevOps Engineer". Instead, it shows jobs that match any of the words in my search term. I like the daily alerts via email, but I would rather it shows me a concise list that match every word I've specified in the search term instead of a list that matches any of the words. There's a lot of noise.

I am glad Monster is 'making a… I am glad Monster is 'making a comeback' in some small way. There is still a long way to go compared to the early days but the effort and results are there as I have started using it more as a resource.

I was able to look at many Receptionist… I was able to look at many Receptionist positions in different areas. The part I didn't care for was seeing RN positions. Update: I have acquired a position in an opposite spectrum . A local school bus company hired me . I will be driving a van for Pre-K. Side note I was a school bus driver years ago. When you do what you love you never work a day in your life. Thanks Monster. You rock!
