If I'm paying for the shipping and request UPS or Fed Ex then that is what I should get. Not a third option that in my experience adds a day or two to the delivery time. Additionally, if I place an online order and it shows all the items are in stock at one location, I don't care for the software splitting some of the items to come from another business location, which then is billed as if I've ordered two shipments.
