She had the right amount of solemn seriousness combined with the friendliness and upbeat attitude for helping us plan a celebration of life vs a funeral. She joked with us when we were jovial, and was a shoulder to cry on when we were sad. She was the silver lining in a sad situation. Many thanks to a beautiful soul! My God mother suggested this Company Didn't see the finished product because it was sent to my mother in California but she loves it and she has ordered from this company before and was pleased both times. Customer service was fabulous Customer service was fabulous! There was an ink issue with a recent purchase, and they immediately offered to replace, reorder or refund the box. Very accommodating staff- great to work with. I have purchased two boxes that I loved, I would suggest choosing engraving in darker colors for best opacity! Would def purchase again! !
