When I wanted to return the holster. When I wanted to return the holster I bought you did everything you could to make me happy. You not only exchanged my holster for a better one, but you told me to keep the original holster I wasn't happy with. All I did was pay the difference for the upgrade. I haven't had a chance to use it yet… I haven't had a chance to use it yet but it looks good I wish the holster part was bigger it is hard to get my 9mm in it

Fantastic belly band in all respects… Fantastic belly band in all respects except retention snap will not stay snapped. Only concern is weapon retention.
