So far, my elderly mum has been continuously let down at every given opportunity and has been sheer hell for her ever since she moved in over two years ago. She has a very important appt tmw with managers and staff regarding what can be done for her. Lets see what happens...this time! Update coming soon.

Would not even have given them a… Would not even have given them a star,renting a studio flat from them and due to my asthma I wanted a one bedroom flat which was just a transfer,I've got registered and were told that it needs to be activated by housing officers,normally within 7-10 working day,well,its been 3weeks and still not activated,now I cannot bid,stay clear from this housing
