Best application process I’ve gone through several apartment application processes and working with K&R was by far the best experience I’ve had. Cheyenne was very kind, helpful, and quick to respond to all my questions. While the entire process took a few weeks, she kept me updated along the way which was quite comforting. Application processes can be nerve racking, so it was nice to know someone on the other end thought of me as a person and not just a file. Additionally, everything was done online or via email which made the process extremely easy and convenient. I definitely recommend working with K&R!

I have been living here for over 3… I have been living here for over 3 years and there is inadequate heat during the winter even with tightly closed windows and the walls are very thin you can hear people walking above you and babies crying in the bedroom in the next apartment. I used to call to speak about the noise but was told after the third time to call 311.

Thanks for being patient & reliable for keeping me aware through out this process. Went from a 1 bedroom to a beautiful 2 bedroom. My son is definitely enjoying his room. Canny's the best Canny was amazingly helpful in me getting into my apartment. She was super understanding and patient while I gathered all my documents/paperwork ready. Not to mention, my super, Indri is one hell of a guy. I love my apartment and everyone that was involved in my process of getting it.

I couldn't have asked for a better… I couldn't have asked for a better Management Company. Devaki, Patricia, and Arlette are extremely helpful and respond immediately to my e-mails. For the past 10 years, I've resided in one of the buildings K&R manages and hope that my new building Management Company is as good as K&R is.
