GBJosh was excellent!!!!! Josh was extremely knowledgeable and he is the perfect person in his job. He is compassionate and cares about your experience. He helped me with my father’s cremation by picking out the urn, the paperwork and sharing kind words that helped me during this time. Very efficient and timely.

GBTook for too long.... Length of time for cremation to take place was over 3 weeks and staff at pick up were so fake acting. "Sorry for your loss". Worst of all a marketing issue of placing my mothers cremains in a white bag with kramer logo. Very traumatic.

GBText and email options I opted for the text and email only service (although I had misgivings about this). My questions were answered quickly and efficiently. This is not a frilly service but Kramer was respectful and efficient.
