They provide a free version you can start immediately and then you can upgrade t any time. And unlike other sites it's not full of ads that make you feel they are capitalizing in your loss. I love this website I love this website. It has been totally easy to use and has made such a difference in my grieving. Anytime I am thinking about my dad, I go out there and read the tributes and stories and especially the photos. It has been such a blessing for family and friends that live far away and are not able to attend the funeral. This is a way for them to pay tribute and give condolences. I love it.

It didn’t work very well in the setup stages when we wanted to control access to a few editors. Invitations didn’t always work and return users were sometimes not recognized. 2. There doesn’t seem to be an easy way to download the content created. Even for folks with the lifetime subscription there’s a use case for downloading and reusing the content to say publish a physical book of tributes and stories. 3. The distinction (and placement) between Tributes and Stories is a bit confusing. They are overlapping concept that should probably just live together on the front page.
